At Beyond Ego, we are committed to helping managers and organisations move beyond ego. This means we aim to support aware, brave leaders, as they develop a new way to lead. A way that embraces people, planet and performance. A way that is more inner compass driven than ego driven.
We will do this by creating a library of free content, establishing links to partners, and offering a range of courses, events and retreats. We will found a community that can develop a sustainable life of its own.
